ZipForm Renewal
If your ZipForm software HAS NOT prompted you to renew, you cannot renew at this time. You will need to wait for your ZipForm program to display a message that your software is about to expire.
If you have already expired or are within 30 days of expiring, you will see the "ZipFormDesktop Registration" screen when you launch the ZipFormDesktop Application. For ZipFormOnline you will see a list of expired libraries when you login. (See instructions below for renewing your ZipFormDesktop software).
If your ZipForm software has prompted you to renew, and you have come here by clicking the renewal link on your association website, your cookies may not be enabled. Please change your browser/security settings to allow cookies, close your browser, and then begin your renewal again.

ZIPFORM DESKTOP RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS.
Please follow these instructions to complete your renewal. After you have read these instructions, please close your browser window and open your ZipFormDesktop program.
- Open your ZipFormDesktop program.
- A message will appear when you open your software indicating that your program license is expiring.
- Click the "Renew Now" button (or "Step 1" if you are using version 1.7).
- Click on the "Via Internet" button.
- You will be directed to the Renewal page of the ZipForm website.
- Click on the "Click Here" link to be authenticated at your association website.
- You will need to login to your association website and click on the Renewal link to complete the renewal process at zipform.com.
- After clicking the renewal link, you will return to the ZipForm website where you will be asked to verify your member information. If the information is correct, click on the "Yes! This is me!" button.
- Next, your redemption code is displayed. Be sure to print this page or copy down your redemption code.
- Return to your ZipFormDesktop window (minimize your browser window), and click the "Re-activate Now" button (or "Step 2" if you are using version 1.7)
- ZipForm will complete your re-activation and display a message "Thank you for registration". Your renewal is now complete.
